Just want to add here, hopefully somebody will find and read it: I bought tickets from Ticketbande.de for McCartney show in Berlin very first days there were on sale (20-th of October, concert was 3.12). Paid the ticket and got a reply that they got the payment. 10 days gone. No tickets, no info, no nothing. I tried to send them a message using reply form, no luck at all! it simply didn't work, it made me mad. I managed to find contact mail info@ticketbande.de and wrote them. Another week, no reply. I wrote again. After couple of days, i searched on web and found couple of links including the one above, i went to the bank to cancel the transaction. On 1-st of december, 5 weeks after I bought the ticket and 2!!!! days before concert, I got a message, that my ticket was shipped. I managed to get it on 2nd, 1 day before the concert. I have a feeling that if I would not try to cancel the transaction, ticket will not be sent at all. Beware about such cases! Regards Hi, folks.
